NBA Betting Trends
Phoenix
The Suns are 8-3 against the spread in their last 11 Monday games, but just 1-4 ATS in their last five road games.
Los Angeles
The Lakers are 3-7 against the spread in their last 10 games as a favorite and 0-6 ATS in their last six games on 1 day of rest.
Prediction:
The Lakers have won both meetings with the Suns this season, but both games were within 10 points. The Suns haven’t been very competitive on the road lately, losing by 8 to the Pistons, 22 at Brooklyn, and by 21 at Milwaukee. This is definitely a big spread, but you can feel comfortable with Los Angeles tonight. The Suns are banged up in the paint and that should allow Davis to dominate the glass while LeBron can attack and create offense. Phoenix has the potential to score, but their lack of an inside presence will make it difficult to keep pace with Los Angeles.
NBA Prediction: Los Angeles Lakers -13
