San Antonio Spurs DFS Spin
Julian Champagnie exploded on Sunday with 26 points (9-for-14 FGs), six rebounds, one steal and four 3-pointers in a 142-134 overtime win over Sacramento. Champagnie shattered his previous career-high of 12 points in this game as San Antonio snapped their six-game losing streak. He was part of a strong effort from the bench unit, as Doug McDermott scored a game-high 30 points, while Dominick Barlow added 12 points, 10 rebounds, five assists, one steal and two blocks. The Spurs have been rotating who is available game after game, which means that managers have to wait and see the injury report before knowing who will be the best fantasy option, though Champagnie’s performance was the furthest thing from predictable. He’s available in virtually every game, but it’s a risky bet to assume he’ll repeat this performance.
Phoenix Suns DFS Spin
Kevin Durant lit up the Thunder on Sunday and finished with 35 points (13-for-21 FGs), five rebounds, five assists, two blocks and three 3-pointers in a 128-118 win. KD lit up his former team and led Phoenix in scoring as they moved to 6-0 with Durant in the lineup. He has also shot over 60% from the field in five of those games, so the floor spacing alongside Devin Booker is doing wonders for his efficiency. Booker finished with 22 points, five rebounds and 10 assists, which is just his second double-double since November. Deandre Ayton recorded a double-double with 19 points and 11 rebounds, while Chris Paul added 16 points and eight assists. Aside from those four, nobody else is a consistent contributor in 9-cat leagues.

Spurs vs. Suns NBA Prediction:
The Spurs are 4-0-1 against the spread in their last five games in Phoenix and are 5-2 against the number in their last seven games when playing on Thursday. On the other side, the Suns are just 3-8 against the spread in their last 11 games after they allowed 100 points or more in their previous game. Plus, hey, 18.5 points is a freaking ton for a professional game. I realize the Spurs are terrible but 18.5? Come on.
