Phoenix Suns DFS Spin
Phoenix center Deandre Ayton has been having a solid statistical season. The former #1 overall pick out of Arizona is posting 18 points and 10 rebounds per game this year while shooting 58.5% from the field. He might be a worthy DFS selection if the price isn’t too high on Sunday.
Suns superstar forward Kevin Durant has only played in 5 games with Phoenix since he was traded from Brooklyn, but he’s made a large impact in that span. Durant is averaging 25.2 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 2.2 threes per game while shooting an excellent 60%/55%/86% on field goals, three-pointers, and free throws since the trade. The price may be steep for Durant on Sunday, but his efficiency warrants DFS consideration nonetheless.
Oklahoma City Thunder DFS Spin
Oklahoma City small forward Kenrich Williams will miss the rest of the season with a wrist injury. Williams had been averaging 8 points and 4.9 rebounds per game in 22.8 minutes per contest for the Thunder this season.
Rookie forward Jalen Williams has been a pleasant surprise for the Thunder this season. The 6’6” Santa Clara alum is averaging 14.1 points, 4.6 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 1.4 steals, and 1 made three-pointer per game for Oklahoma City this year. If that wasn’t enough he’s shooting 52.5% from the field and 35.4% from deep on the campaign. He had 22 points against the Suns on February 24th and may be in line for similar production this weekend.

Suns vs. Thunder NBA Prediction
Phoenix has struggled a bit against the number on the road when facing good home teams. The Suns are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 road games against a team with a winning home record. They also had a tough time when their opponent allows over 100 points in their previous game. To wit, Phoenix is 3-8 ATS in their last 11 games when their opponent allows 100 points or more in their previous game. Finally, Phoenix has been in a bit of a rut against the spread of late. The Suns are 3-8 ATS in their last 11 games overall.
Oklahoma City on the other hand has the seventh-best record against the spread as a home team this season at 23-16. I know the public is on Phoenix, but I like the Thunder to cover the number at home on Sunday.
