Thunder vs. Bucks Pick
Are the Milwaukee Bucks going to turn away the visiting Oklahoma City Thunder Tuesday night at 8PM EST?
According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the Thunder are a 2-point favorite on the spread line. The over-under sits at 210 points.
Oklahoma City comes in with a 3-3 record following a 101-69 win at the Bulls. Milwaukee is 4-2 after a 117-106 win at the Hawks. The two meetings last season were split 1-1 straight up and ATS. The total stayed under both times.
The Thunder were led by Carmelo Anthony as he had 21 points and five rebounds in the win at Chicago. Paul George accounted for 20 points, five rebounds and four steals. Russell Westbrook had a triple-double with 12 points, 13 assists and 13 rebounds. Steven Adams added 12 points and eight rebounds. Oklahoma City led 26-23 after one quarter and then dominated the second quarter to extend the advantage to 50-31 at halftime.
Milwaukee was paced by Giannis Antetokounmpo in the win over Atlanta as he tallied 33 points, 11 rebounds and five assists. Khris Middleton had 27 points, nine assists and seven rebounds. Malcolm Brogdon had 16 points and four assists. John Henson had 12 points, nine rebounds, three assists, three blocks and two steals off the bench. Rashad Vaughn also scored 12 off the bench. The Bucks outscored the Hawks 28-16 in the first quarter en route to the win.
Oklahoma City is 5-2 ATS in its last seven meetings in Milwaukee. The under is 4-0 in the last four meetings in Milwaukee and 5-2 in the last seven meetings overall.
The Thunder played some of its best basketball of the season at the Bulls, but the caveat is that it came against a struggling and undermanned team. Even so, OKC is riding high into Milwaukee. The Bucks look to be one of the best teams in the Eastern Conference this season with The Greek Freak turning into a bonafide superstar. This should be a fun game, but the Bucks are a much tougher opponent than Chicago and we like getting a couple points at home. Side with Milwaukee here.
