Our NBA Live Odds page pulls spreads and totals from multiple different online sportsbooks so you can compare betting odds to ensure you’re getting the best line.

Public Betting Trends

According to oddsmakers from online sportsbook BetNow.eu, the Raptors are 2-point favorites to beat the Pistons. The total, meanwhile, sits at 217 points and as of this writing, 61% of the public betting tickets wagered at online sportsbooks are on the Raptors to cover the point spread.

Toronto Raptors Fantasy Spin

Kyle Lowry (left ankle sprain), Danny Green (ankle) and Fred VanVleet (thumb) are all questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Pistons. Lowry sprained his ankle in the fourth quarter of Monday loss to the Cavs. After the game, he said the ankle was “fine,” but then did not participate in practice on Wednesday and did not play in Thursday’s victory over the Lakers. With Fred VanVleet (thumb) also sidelined, Jeremy Lin got the start at point guard, but logged just 20 minutes, while Patrick McCaw played 26 minutes off the bench. We should have an update on Lowry’s status around 1:30 pm EST on Sunday afternoon

Detroit Pistons Fantasy Spin

Andre Drummond owned the paint against the Lakers during a 111-97 win over on Friday, scoring 19 points with 23 rebounds and two blocks in 37 minutes. He came out aggressive and was in a smash spot against a weak Lakers defense. Drummond’s career-high streak of 19 double-doubles was snapped on Wednesday in one of his worst games of the year, but he had a double-double if you just count his offensive boards (11) or defensive boards (12) tonight. Expect plenty of monster games.

NBA Betting Trends

Toronto

The Raptors are 3-8 against the spread in their last 11 road games when facing an opponent with a home winning percentage of greater than .600.

Detroit

The Pistons have covered the spread in six of their previous seven games coming off a win of more than 10 points.

Prediction

Plenty of bettors will hop on the Raptors laying such a small number but the Pistons have been outstanding at home. They’ve covered the spread in each of their last eight games at Little Caesars Arena and are 5-2 at the betting window in their last seven home games when facing a team with a winning road record. Meanwhile, the Raptors are just 4-9 against the spread in their last 13 games overall and failed to cover in 13 of their previous 19 road games.

Sunday NBA Prediction: Detroit Pistons +2
