According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Celtics are 7-point home favorites versus the Grizzlies while the over/under currently sits at 200 points. The point spread hasn’t moved since it opened at 7, but the total climbed from 197.5 up to 200.
Chandler Parsons played just 12 minutes and failed to make a shot in the Grizzlies’ loss to the Magic on Monday. JaMychal Green, meanwhile, played 30 minutes but had just nine points, two rebounds and two blocked shots, while Troy Daniels hit 5-of-12 shots and four more 3-pointers for 16 points, four rebounds, one assist and a steal in the loss.
The Celtics beat the Knicks on Sunday Isaiah Thomas scoring 27 points, with three rebounds, four assists and three 3-pointers in 33 minutes. Al Horford chipped in with 15 points, seven boards, five assists, three steals and two blocks over 35 minutes in the Christmas Day victory. Boston enters play tonight having won six of its last 10 games.
