Golden State Warriors DFS Spin
Golden State small forward Andrew Wiggins has been away from the team due to a personal matter since February 13th, but he’ll lace them up for Saturday’s game against the Kings in Sacramento. Wiggins is fourth on the team in scoring with 17.1 points per game.
Warriors shooting guard Jordan Poole has been feast-or-famine in four games against the Kings this season. Poole has scored 8 points, 18 points, 2 points, and 24 points in his four games against Sacramento this year. If you’re ok with some variance, Poole might be in line for a big scoring day if Wiggins only plays 20-25 minutes as has been reported.
Sacramento Kings DFS Spin
Sacramento’s Harrison Barnes and Davion Mitchell are both probable to play in Saturday’s game against Golden State. Barnes tweaked an ankle on Wednesday, and Mitchell is dealing with left knee soreness. The pair combine to average 20.6 points per game for the Kings on the campaign.
2023 has been a breakout year for Kings point guard De’Aaron Fox. The former #5 overall pick out of Kentucky is pouring in 25 points per game on 51.2% shooting from the field this season. Fox is contributing in other statistical categories as well as he’s putting up 6.1 assists, 4.2 rebounds, 1.1 steals, and 1.6 made three-pointers per game for Sacramento on the year. His clutch shooting and playmaking could make him an attractive DFS option despite the high price tag this weekend.
Warriors vs. Kings NBA Betting Trends
Golden State is 16-34-1 ATS in their last 51 road games.
Golden State is 2-5-1 ATS in their last 8 games after scoring more than 125 points in their previous game.
Sacramento is 8-3 ATS in their last 11 games following an outright loss.
Sacramento is 19-9 ATS in their last 28 games following an outright loss of more than 10 points.
Warriors vs. Kings NBA Prediction
This will be Sacramento’s first playoff game since 2006. It will be a night game on ABC and the crowd should be a major factor. This matters because of how bad Golden State has been on the road this year. The Warriors are 11-30 straight up on the road this season, a figure which ranked 27th in the NBA. They were terrible against the number on the road as well as they were 12-29 ATS as the road team this season, a mark that ranked last in the league. The Warriors are 5-13 ATS in their last 18 games against Sacramento, and I think the Kings take Game 1 at home on Saturday night.
