Golden State Warriors DFS Spin
Stephen Curry accounted for 30 points (11-of-20 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), six rebounds, two assists, and six 3-pointers in 37 minutes in Saturday’s 126-123 loss to the Kings. Curry had a chance to send Game 1 into overtime, but his 3-pointer in the final seconds missed the mark. He still finished with a team-high 30 points on 55% shooting from the field, but turnovers were an issue as he racked up a team-high five. Klay Thompson added 21 points, six rebounds, five assists, one steal, and five 3-pointers, shooting 8-of-19 from the field. The Warriors will look to even up the series Monday night in Sacramento.
Sacramento Kings DFS Spin
De’Aaron Fox played 40 minutes in Saturday’s 126-123 win over the Warriors, scoring 38 points (13-of-27 FGs, 8-of-12 FTs) with one rebound, five assists, three steals, and four 3-pointers. What a night for Fox and the Kings, who were back in the playoffs for the first time since 2006. The odds-on favorite to take home the first Jerry West Award, given to the league’s most clutch player, Fox scored 29 of his 38 points after halftime. The Warriors tried multiple defenders against Fox, and it ultimately didn’t matter. His high-scoring night helped make up for Domantas Sabonis shooting 5-of-17 from the field, with the All-Star center finishing with 12 points, 16 rebounds, two assists, and three steals in 35 minutes. Sacramento will look to take a 2-0 series lead in Game 2 on Monday.
