Warriors vs. Pistons Public Betting: Bettors Backing Underdog Warriors

Curry questionable to face Pistons

Stephen Curry (left knee inflammation) is questionable for Thursday’s game against the Pistons. Curry played the last two games without being included in the injury report. The 36-year-old point guard is back on the injury report with a knee injury heading into Thursday’s matchup with the Pistons. If he’s out, Buddy Hield will likely move into the starting lineup and see increased minutes and usage.

Cunningham drops 32 points on Trail Blazers

Cade Cunningham had 32 points (11-of-23 FGs), six rebounds, nine assists, two steals and four 3-pointers in the Pistons’ 118-115 victory over the Trail Blazers on Monday. Cunningham has now scored at least 32 points in two of three games since teammate Jaden Ivey went down with a broken leg. The 23-year-old point guard had nine assists and mostly kept his turnovers in check with four in 39 minutes. It’s clear that in Ivey’s absence the Pistons need scoring and Cunningham is capable of keeping them afloat. Detroit has won all three of its games since Ivey went down and Cade has shown no signs of slowing down.

Warriors vs. Pistons NBA Prediction:

Take Detroit. This Pistons team is hot. They’ve won five straight games and covered in three out of their last five games as well. They’ve also won eight out of their last 10 games overall and are 6-4 against the number over that same span. On the other side, the Warriors have lost back-to-back games and three out of their last five contests overall. They’re also just 3-7 at the window over their last 10 games.
