Golden State Warriors DFS Spin
Stephen Curry finished Sunday’s win over the Kings with 33 points (11-for-22 FGs, 7-for-12 3PTs), five rebounds, two assists, one steal and two turnovers in 31 minutes. Steph ended up having to play the final five minutes of this game after the bench blew the 26-point lead that they had built, but he didn’t hit a shot after sitting so long. He did all of his work in the first three quarters, and it was another spectacular game for him. Through three games, he’s averaging 33.3 points and 5.3 triples per game, which would be more noteworthy if it was anyone in the league aside from Curry. Still, it’s encouraging that he’s starting this well for fantasy managers that took him in the first round.
Phoenix Suns DFS Spin
Chris Paul had seven points, eight rebounds and 11 assists in an easy win on Sunday, in the process becoming the third player in NBA history to record at least 11,000 assists. CP3 has been third on the all-time list for a while, and the only players ahead of him are Jason Kidd (12,091) and John Stockton (15,806). The 37-year-old continues to defy the normal age-based regression for NBA players, though that hasn’t stopped fantasy managers from betting against him — he was a top-20 value in 9-cat last season, but had an Average Draft Position of 36.1 this year.
