Knicks vs. Hawks Prediction
Will the Knicks cover as a road dog tonight when they visit the Hawks at 7:30PM ET?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Hawks are 4-point home favorites versus the Knicks while the over/under currently sits at 211 points. Both the side and the total have moved off the original numbers posted by oddsmakers, as Atlanta went from -2 up to -4, and the over/under dropped from 212 down to 211.
Courtney Lee had fluid removed from his wrist on Tuesday but he expects to play tonight against the Hawks. Lee is shooting just 39.1 percent, but perhaps the wrist injury has played a factor in that shooting funk. The good news for New York is that Derrick Rose says he no longer has any pain in his back. He’s averaging 22.7 points and 4.0 assists per game since returning to the Knicks’ starting lineup. He’ll be coming off three full days of rest ahead of tonight’s game.
The Hawks should have Paul Millsap for tonight’s game despite playing through a swollen right eye. He struggled against the Timberwolves on Monday but should be able to bounce back tonight. Tim Hardaway Jr. (groin), meanwhile, will be a game-time decision.
