The Western Conference of the NBA Playoffs features a number of top-level teams. Which one will emerge and reach the NBA Finals?

According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, the Golden State Warriors are the favorites to win the conference, as they have odds of -350 to win. Other short odds are the San Antonio Spurs (+500), the Houston Rockets (+1200) and the Los Angeles Clippers (+1200).

The Warriors are the No. 1 seed in the West. Golden State went 67-15 this season, winning the West by 6 games. They will face the Blazers in the first round of the playoffs. They averaged 115.9 points per game while allowing 104.3 on defense. Golden State has won eight conference titles in franchise history and has won the last two Western Conference titles.

The Spurs are the second seed in the West after going 61-21. San Antonio will face the Memphis Grizzlies in the opening round. They come into the postseason averaging 105.3 points on offense while giving up 98.1 on defense. San Antonio has won six conference titles, last winning the West in 2014.

The Rockets are the third seed in the West after going 55-27. Houston will take on the Oklahoma City Thunder in the first round of the playoffs. Houston averaged 115.3 on offense while allowing 109.6 on defense. The Rockets have won four conference titles, last doing so in 1995.

The Clippers are the fourth seed entering in the playoffs. They are 51-31 on the season and will face the Utah Jazz in the first round. Los Angeles is averaging 108.7 points per game on offense while allowing 104.4 on defense. Los Angeles has never won a conference title.
