Grizzlies favored to end GS’ streak
MEMPHIS, TN (TheSpread) – The top teams in the Western Conference are set to meet tonight at 8PM ET as the Memphis Grizzlies play host to the Golden State Warriors. Who do oddsmakers like?
Golden State is 21-2 overall, 13-1 on the road and 16-7 against the spread. Memphis is 19-4 overall, 11-1 at home and 12-11 against the spread. These two are meeting for the first time this season, but Golden State has won and covered the spread in its last two against the Grizzlies.
According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the Grizzlies are favored to win this game, as they are getting odds of -2.5 points against the Warriors. The over/under total for the game has yet to be set.
The Warriors come into this game riding an amazing 16-game winning streak. They have been strong against the spread as well, going 5-1 ATS in their last six. Surprisingly, they have hit the under in six of their last eight. Memphis comes into tonight having won four straight, but they are just 2-4 ATS in their last six games. The Grizzlies have hit the over in five of their last six games.
