Cavs vs. Thunder Prediction

Will tonight’s matchup between the Cavs and Thunder be low-scoring for bettors at 8:00PM ET?

According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Thunder are now 1.5-point home favorites versus the Cavs after opening as a 3-point underdog. As for the total, the number hit the board at 218 but has been bet down to 216.5.

Cleveland enters play having won six of its last 10 games and is 5-5 against the spread over that stretch. The Cavs beat the Pacers 132-117 in Indiana last night, giving them four straight wins over their last four games. LeBron James finished with 25 points, six rebounds, nine assists, one steal and a blocked shot in the win, while Kyrie Irving scored 29 points.

Oklahoma City is 5-5 over its last 10 games but does have a winning record against the spread during that span, going 6-4 at the betting window. Ironically, the Thunder’s last game also came in Indiana, where they lost 93-90 on Monday. Russell Westbrook just missed a triple-double, hitting 10-of-27 shots for 27 points and a season-high 18 rebounds with nine assists.
