OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) -Cleveland guard Larry Hughes sat out the Cavaliers’ game against the Golden State Warriors on Tuesday night with a bruised left knee.
Hughes was hurt in a collision with Phoenix’s Leandro Barbosa on Sunday night in the opener of the Cavaliers’ six-game road trip. The former Warriors guard was replaced in the Cavs’ starting lineup by Sasha Pavlovic.
The defending Eastern Conference champions deactivated forward Donyell Marshall before facing Phoenix because of a sprained right wrist, and veteran guard Eric Snow is out with a sprained left knee.
