According to oddsmakers at RealBets, Duke is favored at home, as the Blue Devils are getting odds of -4.5 points against Louisville. The over/under total for the game has been been set at 146.5 points.

The Cardinals (19-4) have already announced they will have a postseason ban this year, so they can’t win the NCAA or ACC Tournament, but they can win the ACC regular season title. Louisville is currently 8-2 in conference play, tied with UNC for first. They face Duke (17-6) on the road tonight. The Blue Devils are 6-4 in the ACC.

Duke is just 3-4 in its last seven games, but the Blue Devils have won two straight and are favored in this game. That is okay with Louisville, as the Cardinals seem to perform well when being an underdog. Since 2011, the Cardinals are 15-7 against the spread when an underdog, an impressive 68.2 percent cover rate. Louisville is also 27-22 against the spread as a road team since 2011.
