According to oddsmakers at RealBets, Duke is the slight favorite in this game today, as the Blue Devils are getting odds of -2 points against Virginia. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 138 points.

Duke (18-6, 7-4 ACC) has had a bumpy ride in 2016, but the Blue Devils seem to finally be on some stable ground, winning three straight. Duke is coming off a 72-65 home win over Louisville and it now is in the midst of a four-game streak against ranked opponents with today’s game vs. Virginia and games against UNC and Louisville on tap for next week. Virginia (20-4, 9-3 ACC) is looking to not fall two losses behind UNC in the ACC standings. They are currently riding a seven-game win streak, which includes three wins on the road.

Virginia finds itself in a bit of a rare spot as a road underdog. The Cavaliers haven’t been in this position often under coach Tony Bennett. Since 2013, Virginia has been a road dog just six times and the Cavaliers are 5-1 against the spread in those games. When it comes to facing Duke, Virginia has fared well against the spread, going 6-2 ATS in the last eight meetings, which includes four covers at Duke.
