Alabama Crimson Tide DFS Spin
Cameron Latu was able to practice Wednesday, per Charlie Potter of 247Sports.com. Latu missed the Austin Peay game, along with several other Alabama starters on offense. Latu has been a reliable target for Bryce Young all season, albeit without monster numbers (24 catches for 305 yards and three touchdowns). The fact that he was able to practice on Wednesday is a good sign for his Iron Bowl availability.
Michigan State Spartans DFS Spin
Malik Hall has been ruled out for this week’s Phil Knight Invitational and is likely to miss multiple weeks due to a foot injury, Brendan F. Quinn of The Athletic reports. It’s an unfortunate development for the Spartans just four games into the 2022-23 campaign, as Hall was averaging 12.0 points and 5.3 rebounds across 31.5 minutes per contest prior to the injury. Considering Sparty’s lack of frontcourt depth, Joey Hauser and Mady Sissoko figure to see expanded workloads in Hall’s absence, while Jaxon Kohler could also receive more run than he might otherwise.
