Excluding free throws, Council scored two points (1-7 FG, 0-3 3Pt) across his 37 minutes Dec. 6 versus UNC-Greensboro. He redeemed himself at Oklahoma. Council did not need free throws to score more than 20 points Saturday.
Auburn Tigers DFS Spin
Johni Broome logged 22 points (9-17 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 2-4 FT), 12 rebounds, one block and one steal across 29 minutes during Auburn’s 76-64 loss Wednesday at Georgia. Broome is expected to frequently log double-doubles during 2023, until March at least. The big man averaged 16.8 points and 10.5 rebounds across Morehead State’s previous season. Now, he has almost two months of experience as an Auburn player. Broome indicated his acclimation while averaging 18.0 points and 10.3 rebounds across the Tigers’ three games played from Dec. 21 to Jan. 4.
