Tigers dominate Raiders
Auburn cruised to a 91-62 victory at home in a regional game of the Legends Classic a week ago. The Tigers (5-0) led 53-21 at halftime en route to the win. Samir Doughty paced Auburn with 20 points on 7-of-13 shooting including 4-of-9 from 3-point distance plus 2-of-3 at the free throw line. He also registered three rebounds and two assists. College Basketball Betting Trends
Auburn
The Tigers are 5-0 ATS in their last five neutral site games. Auburn is 7-2 ATS in its last nine games overall.
New Mexico
The Lobos are 6-2-1 ATS in their last nine Monday games. New Mexico is 6-14-1 ATS in its last 21 non-conference games.
Prediction:
The Tigers have dominated their last two games including against a fairly decent Colgate squad and does have a 10-point win over a top-100 squad in Davidson on a neutral site to their credit. New Mexico is not quite as good as Davidson on paper and its biggest weakness is on the defensive side. Against an Auburn squad that thrives on having an efficient offense, I don’t see the Lobos getting enough stops to hang in there.
