Auburn Tigers DFS Spin
Chris Moore (shoulder) was able to return Wednesday from a three-game absence and finished with one rebound and did not attempt a shot over 12 minutes in a loss to Texas A&M. Moore was a game-time call heading into Wednesday’s action and was able to provide some minutes off the bench. Prior to the injury, the 6-6 junior had started all 16 games he’s been active for while averaging six points and 2.7 rebounds over 17.6 minutes per contest. It’s unclear how soon he could return to the starting five or if he’ll continue to be used in a role off the bench. He’ll look to help the Tigers flip the script against West Virginia on Saturday.
West Virginia Mountaineers DFS Spin
Kedrian Johnson amassed 22 points (6-9 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 7-11 FT), one rebound, one assist and two steals over 32 minutes during Saturday’s 69-61 loss to Texas. Johnson followed up his 20-point performance against TCU on Wednesday with a new season high in points Saturday. Even though the 6-foot-3 guard has converted just 34 percent of his 8.3 field-goal attempts per game over the last six contests, he’s still averaged 13.0 points over this span thanks to his 7.8 free-throw tries. Johnson’s ability to get to the line should continue to make him a consistent scoring threat moving forward.
