Nebraska vs. Wisconsin Pick

Which Big Ten team will pick up a needed win tonight when Wisconsin plays host to Nebraska at 9PM ET?

According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Wisconsin is favored at home tonight, as the Badgers are getting odds of -3.5 points against Nebraska. The over/under total for the game is listed at 131 points. Tonight’s contest will take place from the Kohl Center in Madison, Wisconsin and will air live on the Big Ten Network.

Nebraska has won its last two games, beating Rutgers and Iowa. The Cornhuskers are 16-8 overall, 7-4 in the Big Ten and 16-6 against the spread. Nebraska is averaging 73.3 points per game on offense this season while allowing 69.2 per game on defense. James Palmer Jr. is leading Nebraska with 17.2 points per game while Isaac Copeland is adding 13 points and 6.5 rebounds per contest.

Wisconsin has lost two straight at Michigan State and Iowa to drop five of their last six games. The Badgers are now 10-12 overall, 3-6 in the Big Ten and 8-12-1 against the spread. Wisconsin is averaging just 68 points per game on offense while allowing 66.3 per game on defense. Ethan Happ is leading Wisconsin with 17.2 points and 8.5 rebounds per game while Brad Davison is adding 115. Points per contest.

Bet on Nebraska vs. Wisconsin

Wisconsin has won four of its last six meetings with Nebraska, but the Cornhusker own a 63-59 win at home over the Badgers back on Jan. 9. Nebraska has covered in three straight against Wisconsin and they have covered in all five conference road games this season. I don’t like Wisconsin’s lack of offense. The Badgers have scored 61 or less in four of their last six games. Nebraska has proven to be strong on the road when it comes to covering, so I will take them with some points against a poor Wisconsin team. The public betting is siding with Nebraska as well.
