Patriot League Tournament Odds
LAS VEGAS, NV (TheSpread) – The 2015 Patriot League Tournament will get underway on Tuesday night. Here is a look at the odds to win this week’s event.
The Patriot League Tournament is a standard 10-team tournament in standard single elimination format with two opening round games and six teams receiving byes into the quarterfinals. Games will be held at campus sites of the lower seed with opening games on Tuesday, quarterfinals on March 5, semifinals on March 8 and the finals on March 11.
According to the latest oddsmakers, Bucknell is the slight favorite to win, as it has odds of +150 to win, while Colgate has a money line of +300 to prevail. Lehigh has odds of +450 to prevail.
Bucknell is the top seed in the tournament after going 18-13 on the season and 13-5 in conference play. Bucknell has won this tournament four times, last doing so in 2013.
Colgate is the No. 2 seed in this tournament. Colgate was 15-16 on the season and 12-6 in conference play this season. Colgate is a two-time winner of this tournament, last claiming the title in 1996.
Lehigh is the third seed. It went 16-13 on the season and 10-8 in conference play. Lehigh is a three-time winner of this tournament, last winning in 2012.
