Indiana and Rutgers are both struggling, so this is a tough call. The main concern for Rutgers is the offense. The Knights just don’t produce enough point to compete with the top Big Ten teams. Rutgers is averaging just 57.2 points per game in their last five outings. Indiana isn’t great right now, but the Hoosiers should be able to handle this Rutgers squad.
