According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Bearcats are a 2-point road favorite tonight versus the Cougars while the over/under currently sits at 137 points. With 55% of the wagers currently on Houston, however, the line could drop from the key number of 2 if wiseguy action starts to show up on the Cougars.

Cincinnati is hot, winning eight of its last 10 games and coming off back-to-back victories versus UConn and at East Carolina. But the Bearcats have struggled against the spread, covering just once (vs. UConn) over their last four games.

Our advanced matchup report indicates Houston should be favored over Cincinnati

Houston, meanwhile, has won back-to-back games as well and covered as a 6-point favorite at Central Florida on February 24 and as a 10-point underdog at UConn on Sunday. Damyean Dotson scored 12 of his 22 points in the second half in that game, which included a 3-pointer with 1:08 remaining in the contest as the Cougars won outright over the Huskies.

The Bearcats are just 2-5 against the spread in their last seven road games and winless at 0-4 ATS in their last four games coming off a win. The Cougars, meanwhile, have covered in five of their last six games overall, are 4-1 ATS in their last five home games and are 5-1 against the number in their last six conference games. They could certainly pull off the small upset so take the points and make sure to grab them at +2.
