Paolo Banchero provided 21 points (8-17 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 2-3 FT), five rebounds, two assists and one steal over 30 minutes during Friday’s 84-81 win over Gonzaga. While Duke was ultimately able to pull out the victory and remain unbeaten, Banchero’s lack of second-half contributions is starting to become a bit of a valid concern. He took over the game in the first period, scoring 20 of his points, but again missed long stretches in the second half while dealing with cramping. This was the case as well in the season opener against Kentucky despite him putting up 22 points. Hydration has seemingly been the only significant obstacle for the future lottery pick so far this season, but it still hasn’t prevented him from posting 18.3 points and 7.6 rebounds through seven contests.
Ohio State Buckeyes DFS Snapshot
E.J. Liddell provided 28 points (8-17 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 10-10 FT), six rebounds, one assist and three blocks over 29 minutes during Monday’s 79-76 victory over Seton Hall. Liddell led the Buckeyes in playing time during Monday’s win, and he saw plenty of looks from the floor once again. The junior has been on a tear to begin the 2021-22 campaign and has averaged 22.4 points and 6.4 rebounds in 27.8 minutes per game.

The Blue Devils are 5-2-2 against the spread in their last nine games overall and are 7-3-2 at the betting window in their last 12 games as a favorite. On the other side, the Buckeyes have failed to cover in five of their last seven games overall, are just 1-7 against the number in their last eight home games and are 2-6 at the betting window in their last eight home games when coming off three or more consecutive road games.
