Illinois Fighting Illini DFS Spin
SencireHarris (undisclosed) will be available for Friday’s game at Maryland, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports. Harris suffered the injury during Tuesday’s win over Syracuse, but it won’t prevent him from missing Friday’s contest. The freshman guard has averaged 5.0 points in 12.3 minutes this season.
Texas Longhorns DFS Spin
Sir’Jabari Rice had five points (2-9 FG, 1-6 3Pt), four rebounds, one assist and two blocks in 26 minutes during Thursday’s 72-67 win over Creighton. Rice recorded one of his toughest outings since transferring to Texas this offseason. The New Mexico State transfer attempted a season high in threes against the Bluejays, but he continued to falter from beyond the arc, as his three-point efficiency fell to 31.8 percent through the first six games of 2022-23. However, Rice has been much better from the field overall this season (46.5), and he also sits third on the team in minutes per game (23.2) behind starting guards Marcus Carr (28.5) and Tyrese Hunter (27.2). Expect the sixth man to continue playing an important role off the bench against another tough opponent in Illinois on Tuesday.
