Iowa State Cyclones DFS Spin
Gabe Kalscheur totaled 14 points (5-13 FG, 4-9 3Pt), one rebound, two assists and one steal over 35 minutes during Saturday’s 78-61 loss to Missouri. Kalscheur remained hot from beyond the arc, as he’s now 50 percent of his 6.7 three-point attempts per game over the last six contests. However, he cost the Cyclones with a season-high six turnovers during this blowout defeat. Kalscheur hasn’t provided much aside from his scoring this season with 2.2 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game. He’s still finished with double-digit points in all but one of 10 starts this season, averaging 17.3 points over these contests. Kalscheur’s scoring efficiency should continue to buoy his considerable fantasy value moving forward.
Texas Tech Red Raiders DFS Spin
Elijah Fisher provided five points (2-5 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-2 FT), nine rebounds, one block and two steals across 22 minutes during Saturday’s 76-68 victory over LSU. Fisher played more than 20 minutes for the first time this season with starting point guard Pop Isaacs (ankle) and center Fardaws Aimaq (foot) both sidelined Saturday. As a result, the 6-foot-6 freshman also finished with a season high and team high in rebounds while coming off the bench versus LSU. Fisher previously appeared in four of Texas Tech’s previous eight games, so it’s likely his usage will continue to be tied to injuries within the team’s starting lineup
