Iowa Hawkeyes DFS Snapshot
Patrick McCaffery (hip) will try to practice Wednesday, Chad Leistikow of Iowa City Press-Citizen reports. McCaffery was sidelined for Monday’s win over Northwestern after presumably picking up the hip injury last Friday against Nebraska. His status for Thursday’s contest against Michigan certainly looks positive if everything goes well during Wednesday’s practice, but it’s possible they keep him sidelined to make sure he’s ready for tournament play.
Michigan Wolverines DFS Snapshot
Eli Brooks provided eight points (4-11 FG, 0-2 3Pt), three rebounds and three assists in 38 minutes during Tuesday’s 87-70 victory over Michigan State. Brooks had topped 10 points in seven of his first eight appearances in February, but he’s now been held to single figures in the scoring column in each of the last two games. He pitched in some rebounds and assists during Tuesday’s victory, and he’ll have two more opportunities to get back on track during the regular season prior to the start of the Big Ten Tournament.
