On Thursday, Iowa went to East Lansing and defeated Michigan State 76-59. The Hawkeyes already had an 83-70 win over the Spartans at home when MSU was without Denzel Valentine, but Michigan State had him on the floor for Thursday’s game and it didn’t make any difference.
