Kansas Jayhawks DFS Spin
Kevin McCullar recorded 13 points (4-8 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 5-7 FT), five rebounds, five assists and three steals in 35 minutes during Saturday’s 78-55 victory over Oklahoma. McCullar scored in double digits for the second game in a row, marking his sixth time doing so in the last seven games. The Texas Tech transfer got off to a rather slow scoring start to open Big 12 play this season, though his recent run of success combined with his early season production has boosted him up to a career-high 10.6 points per game. McCullar is also averaging a career-high 7.5 rebounds per game, and he’s accumulated eight double-doubles this season.
Oklahoma State Cowboys DFS Spin
Moussa Cisse logged four points (2-4 FG, 0-5 FT), eight rebounds and two blocks over 23 minutes during Saturday’s 64-56 win over Iowa State. Cisse came off the bench for the seventh time in the last eight games, as he’s fallen out of the starting lineup since missing three consecutive games with an ankle injury. While it’s unclear if he’s still dealing with this ankle issue, the 7-foot-1 junior has been able to play 20.5 minutes per game over his last four outings. He’s also averaged 8.3 points, 6.3 rebounds and 1.5 blocks over that span. However, Cisse’s overall value will still remain limited so long as he continues to serve a reserve role behind fellow Iowa State big men Kalib Boone and Woody Newton.
