East Region Odds
The East Region of the NCAA Tournament looks to be a two-team race. Here is a look at the odds to reach the Final Four from the East.
According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Villanova is actually the slight favorite in the East, as it is getting +170 odds. Other short odds to win are Duke (+175) and Virginia (+900).

Villanova is the No. 1 seed in the region after going 31-3 on the year and winning the Big East regular season and tournament titles. The Wildcats are also the defending national champions. They have reached the Final Four five times in program history.
Duke is the No. 2 seed in the East. The Blue Devils went 27-8 on the season, but won the ACC Tournament this week and are playing their best basketball right now. Duke won the NCAA Tournament in 2015. They will be seeking their 17th Final Four.
Virginia is the fifth seed in this region. After going 22-10 on the season. The Cavaliers have had a bit of a rough stretch, losing five of their last nine games. Virginia hasn’t reached the Final Four since 1984.
