Arkansas has been pretty hot. The Razorbacks are coming off a loss to Kentucky in the SEC Tournament championship, but they have won eight of their last 10 to move to 25-9 on the season. Arkansas is 7-3 against the spread in its last 10 and sits at 17-15 against the spread on the season. The Razorbacks have averaged 79.8 points per game on the season while allowing 74 on defense. Arkansas has a balanced attack offensively, with four players averaging in double figures. Dusty Hannahs is the leading scorer at 14.6 points per game while Moses Kingsley adds 11.8 points and 7.8 rebounds per contest.

Seton Hall has been on somewhat of a roll as well, winning five of their last six games to get to 21-11 on the year. The Pirates went 10-8 in the Big East this season, finishing tied for third in the conference. They have covered in their last three and are 14-16-1 against the spread on the season. Seton Hall is averaging 73.3 points per game on offense this season while giving up 70.2 on defense. Khadeen Carrington is leading the team with 16.9 points per game while Angel Delgado adds 15.3 points and 13.1 rebounds per game.

Bet on March Madness

Oddsmakers expect this game to be close and I do as well. Both teams bring some positives and negatives to the table, but what stands out the most to me is Seton Hall’s free-throw shooting. The Pirates are just 64 percent from the line as a team this season. Arkansas, shoots 76 percent from the stripe. In a game that could be decided by a point, those free throws could mean the difference in the game and Seton Hall can’t be trusted to hit them when it counts.
