Memphis Tigers DFS Spin
Keonte Kennedy (hand) is not expected to be available for the AAC Tournament, Parth Upadhyaya of The Daily Memphian reports. Kennedy, who his missed the last four games with a fractured hand, is expected to remain out for the AAC Tournament. The 6-foot-5 senior has appeared in 25 games this season (12 starts), logging 9.2 points, 2.6 rebounds and 1.2 steals on 23 minutes per game. Team officials are hopeful that he will be active for the NCAA Tournament.
Houston Cougars DFS Spin
Marcus Sasser (groin) will be a game-time call for Sunday’s game against Memphis, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports. Sasser exited Saturday’s win over Cincinnati in the first half, and the coaching staff will wait for him until the last minute to see if he’ll feature against the Tigers. His absence would be a massive blow for Houston, as he’s the team’s leading scorer. He’s averaging 17.5 points, 3.3 assists, 2.9 rebounds and 1.8 steals in 31.7 minutes across 32 games this season.
