Will UNC suffer a Duke hangover vs. Miami?

The two ACC rivals will square off at 1:00PM ET on CBS and according to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Tar Heels are listed as 6.5-point favorites. As for the total, the number currently sits at 150 points.
The Hurricanes enter play having won eight of their last 10 games and are 5-4-1 against the spread during that stretch. Despite losing to the Blue Devils on Wednesday night, the Tar Heels are 7-3 in their last 10 games but are just 3-7 against the spread in that span.
Prediction
Several UNC players and even coach Roy Williams had tears in their eyes following their 74-73 loss to Duke at the Dean E. Smith Center on Wednesday night. Williams was distraught for his decision to not call a timeout in the waning seconds so that his players could run a set play. Williams trusted his players to execute the offense without a timeout and the result was a mess of a possession in which the Tar Heels seemed completely out of sync.
Given how hard some of UNC’s players took that loss, look for a hangover today against Miami, which will be focused with games against four Top 20 teams coming in the span of 12 days. These two teams will be in a different state mentally today and thus there’s major value in taking the 6.5 points. (The Hurricanes are also 4-1 against the spread in their last five games versus the Tar Heels and are 4-1 ATS in their last five games overall.)
