Michigan State vs. Ohio State CBB Prediction:
The public is hammering Michigan State and it’s easy to see why. Ohio State has a losing record this season at 11-13 and they are 3-10 in conference play. Many think that Michigan State will win this game outright, so the Spartans getting three points seems like an easy bet. But I”m not so sure.
Ohio State is actually ranked 1 spot ahead of Michigan State in adjusted efficiency margin according to Kenpom.com. There’s also the fact that Michigan is only 2-5 straight up on the road this season. The Buckeyes also have a better average scoring margin (+7) than the Spartans (+2.5) on the campaign. It’s hard to win on the road in the Big Ten and I think Ohio State demonstrates that fact on Sunday. I’ll lay the points with the Buckeyes.
