Missouri vs. Texas Public Betting: Bettors Taking Points

Burns won’t face Texas due to foot injury

Trent Burns (foot) won’t play against Texas on Tuesday night. Burns has yet to play this season, and that won’t change against Texas on Tuesday night. The freshman currently has no timeframe for a potential return.

Onyema double-doubles in lopsided loss

Ze’Rik Onyema contributed 12 points (4-7 FG, 4-4 FT), 10 rebounds, three assists and two steals over 25 minutes during Saturday’s 84-60 loss to Florida. Onyema was a lone bright spot for Texas against Florida, as he logged his first double-double of the season while also dishing out a season-high three assists. His minutes have been sporadic, as he played a hefty 25 against the Gators but hadn’t hit double-digit minutes prior to that since Dec. 29. With Onyema’s minutes fluctuating heavily, his numbers have done the same.

Missouri vs. Texas CBB Prediction:

Take Missouri. The Tigers are on a tear. Their lone loss in their last six games was at Auburn. During their current four-game win streak, Mizzou has covered in all four games. That includes a 83-82 victory at Florida as a 10.5-point underdog. Over their last 10 games, the Tigers have won eight games straight up and seven against the spread. On the other side, the Longhorns have dropped four out of their last five games straight up. They played that same Gators team in Gainesville and were hammered 84-60 as a 10.5-point dog.

Missouri vs. Texas Hoops Prediction: MISSOURI TIGERS +1.5
