Here’s a look at the updated 2018 Men’s College Basketball odds to win, with Michigan State listed as the favorite.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Spartans are 15/2 favorites to win next year’s Men’s NCAA National Championship. The Arizona Wildcats have the next-best odds at 8/1, followed by Duke and Kentucky, who are both 11/1, respectively.

Continuing with the odds, Kansas is currently 12/1 to cut down the nets next season, followed by Louisville at 16/1 and North Carolina at 20/1. Wichita State is 22/1, followed by Missouri at 25/1 and both Florida and Villanova at 28/1, respectively. Texas and USC are 30/1, respectively, while Michigan and UCLA are 33/1, respectively.
Some of the mid-range long-shots include Gonzaga, Oregon and West Virginia, who are all 40/1, respectively. Alabama and Butler are 45/1, respectively, while Xavier is 50/1. Miami is 55/1, Minnesota, Notre Dame, St. Mary’s, and Virginia are 60/1, respectively. Baylor and Florida State are both 65/1, respectively, to win it all next season.
