With the South Region of the NCAA Tournament saw the most upsets in the history of the tournament. Here’s a look at the latest odds to win this region.

According to oddsmakers at YouWager, Kentucky is now the favorite, as it has -115 odds to prevail. Other odds are Nevada (+350), Kansas State (+450) and Loyola-Chicago (+550). The South Regional semifinals and final will take place from Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.

Bet on the 2018 NCAA Tournament

Kentucky is the fifth seed and the top remaining seed in the region. The Wildcats defeated Davidson (78-73) and then ran past Buffalo (95-75) to reach the Sweet 16. The Wildcats will face Kansas State in the regional semifinal. Kentucky has reached the Final Four 17 times, last doing so in 2015.

Nevada is the seventh seed in the region. The Wolf Pack were able to beat No. 10 Texas in OT (87-83) and then rallied from down 22 to beat No. 2 Cincinnati (75-73). It will face Loyola in the Sweet 16. Nevada has yet to reach the Final Four.

Kansas State is the ninth seed in the region. The Wildcats defeated Creighton (69-59) and then defeated the big Cinderella, No. 16 UMBC (50-43). K-State has reached the Final Four four times, last doing so in 1964.

Loyola-Chicago is the 11 seed in the region. The Ramblers defeated No. 6 Miami (64-62) and the got past No. 3 Tennessee (63-62) thanks to a game-winning shot in the closing seconds. Loyola actually reached the Final Four back in 1963.
