Who Oddsmakers Predict: Kansas. According to oddsmakers at YouWager, Kansas is the clear favorite in this game, as the Jayhawks are getting odds of -13.5 points against Penn after opening as a 14.5-point favorite. The over/under total sits at 146.5 points after opening at 147 points.

Bet on College Basketball for Thursday, March 15, 2018

Injury Report: Kansas – (C) Udoka Azubuike (questionable – knee). No significant injuries for Pennsylvania

Our Prediction: Kansas has had a problem playing down to its competition most of the season, but the Jayhawks looked as good as they have all season last week in the Big 12 Tournament. They won all three games by double figures, covering in all three. Penn is a tough team, but the Quakers have struggled against top-level competition. They lost to Villanova, 90-62 back in November. I think Kansas continues its strong play and runs past Penn.

PENNSYLVANIA vs. KANSAS PREDICTION: KANSAS -13.5
