KEY INJURIES

Neither team has anyone new players listed on the injury report for tonight’s game.

BETTING STRATEGIES

Duke had to grind out an ugly 69-65 win over Syracuse and that zone defense on Friday night, failing to cover an 11-point spread. Duke is 22-12 against the spread this season and 12-8 ATS away from home. The Blue Devils are averaging 84.4 points per game on offense while allowing 69.2 per game on defense.

Kansas had to grind out an 80-76 win over Clemson on Friday night. The Jayhawks have had their last two games be decided by four points each, as they have failed to cover in both victories. Kansas is now 19-16-1 against the spread overall and 11-9 ATS on the road. The Jayhawks are putting up 81.4 points per game on offense while allowing 71 per game on defense.

Duke looks like the better team right now and I think the Blue Devils have the better talent. I also feel like Duke has the coaching edge. However, Kansas is a team that seems to play to the level of its competition. The Jayhawks have looked bad against lesser teams, but show something different as an underdog. They are 3-1 against the spread as an underdog this season and 5-1 ATS when a dog or favored by 2 points or less. I think the Jayhawks bring this game down to the very wire.
