College Basketball Betting Trends

North Carolina

The Tar Heels are 4-1 ATS in their last five games overall. North Carolina is 5-14 ATS in its last 19 games as a favorite.

Syracuse

The Orange are 6-2 ATS in itheir last eight games as a favorite. Syracuse is 0-3-1 ATS in its last four neutral site games.

Prediction:

North Carolina is playing some of its best basketball of the season as of late with only a 13-point defeat at rival Duke in the last five games. Even in that game in a tough road venue, the Tar Heels were right in it for much of the contest. The Orange might be the more rested team, but they also lost by 13 at home against UNC less than two weeks ago. I have more confidence in the Tar Heels in this situation, which is weird to say considering the season they have had.
