Who We Like: My first reaction upon seeing the line for this game was that Duke was laying way too many points to a North Carolina team that has won six of its last 10 games. Apparently the majority of public bettors feel the same way, making UNC a trendy dog. And I don’t like trendy dogs.

I see this game playing out the opposite of how the meeting in Chapel Hill went a few weeks ago, this time with Duke making a mad dash in the second half to pull away. The Blue Devils are 5-1 against the spread in their last six games, are a perfect 4-0 at the betting window in their last four home games, and are 5-1 ATS in their last six games coming off a loss. This feels like too many points but oddsmakers know what they’re doing. I’ll lay the wood in a revenge spot for Duke.
