Oklahoma Sooners DFS Spin
Tanner Groves supplied 16 points (5-7 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 4-8 FT), six rebounds, one assist, one block and two steals over 30 minutes during Tuesday’s 79-65 win over Kansas State. Groves notched one of his better shooting performances of the 2022-23 campaign, as he came up just one point shy of his season-high for points. The 6-foot-10 senior also posted his most field-goal tries of any game this season. However, part of this production could have come due to the early exit of Wildcats starting center David N’Guessan (illness), who was limited to just two minutes Tuesday. Groves has now averaged 9.8 points and 6.8 rebounds per game this season.
Texas Longhorns DFS Spin
Dillon Mitchell chipped in two points (1-2 FG) over nine minutes during Monday’s 74-67 loss to Texas Tech. Mitchell failed to play double-digit minutes for the first time this season as the Longhorns were kept at arm’s length for the majority of this contest. The 6-foot-8 freshman has now averaged 5.6 points and 4.6 rebounds while playing 20 minutes per contest. Mitchell should continue to see limited production while rotating playing time with Dylan Disu, Brock Cunningham and Christian Bishop moving forward.
