Texas Longhorns Notes
Timmy Allen had four points (1-2 FG, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, five assists and one block in 20 minutes during Thursday’s 81-61 win over Colgate. The senior forward rejoined the starting five Thursday after missing all three of Texas’ games during the Big 12 tournament due to a leg issue. Allen was eased into action and played his fewest minutes since Jan. 28, but he’ll likely play closer to his 27.8-minute average Saturday against Penn State.
