Our NBA Live Odds page pulls spreads and totals from multiple different online sportsbooks so you can compare betting odds to ensure you’re getting the best line.

Public Betting Trends

According to oddsmakers from online sportsbook BetNow.eu, the Kings are 8-point favorites to beat the Suns. The total, meanwhile, sits at 227.5 points and as of this writing, 55% of the public betting tickets wagered at online sportsbooks are on the Kings to cover the point spread.

Phoenix Suns Fantasy Spin

Coach Igor Kokoskov said there is a “very good” chance Devin Booker (hamstring) will play Sunday against the Kings, and he has been upgraded to probable. He went through a shootaround-style walkthrough on Saturday and also went through pre-game warmups on Friday. It sounds like this hamstring issue is the most minor of his three this season, but the Suns are always going to be cautious here. We’re expecting him to be a game-time decision.

Sacramento Kings Fantasy Spin

Buddy Hield led all scorers in Sacramento’s win over Miami with 23 points (8-of-16 FGs, 3-of-4 FTs) to go along with five rebounds, two blocked shots, one assist and four 3-pointers in 34 minutes. After falling behind by a large margin in the second quarter the Kings managed to come back, finishing the game on a 17-2 run. Hield made multiple big shots during the run, and his play is one reason why the Kings are 4-1 in their last five games. During that stretch the third-year guard is averaging 22.6 points, 6.8 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 4.2 3-pointers per game with shooting splits of 50.6/43.8/82.4. On the season Hield is a top-50 player in nine-category leagues, with the 2018-19 campaign being the best of his career to date.

NBA Betting Trends

Phoenix

The Suns are 8-21 against the spread in their last 29 games versus the Pacific Division.

Sacramento

The Kings are 9-1 against the number in their last 10 home games and are 4-1 against the spread in their last five games overall.

Prediction

I like the under in this matchup. The under is 13-2-1 in the Kings’ last 16 games overall, is 7-2 in their last nine home games and has cashed in six of their last eight home games when they faced a team with a losing road record. The under is also 11-2 in Sacramento’s last 13 games after scoring 100 points or more in its previous contest and is 7-1-1 in its last nine games coming off a win.

Sunday NBA Prediction: Suns/Kings under 227.5
