Princeton Tigers Notes
Deven Austin (undisclosed) has missed five consecutive games for the Tigers. Austin first sat out Feb. 17 and hasn’t suited up since, missing the Ivy League tournament that Princeton ultimately won to clinch an automatic NCAA Tournament berth. The freshman wing had been one of the first options off the bench for the Tigers, posting averages of 5.5 points and 2.5 rebounds across 15.3 mpg. His chances of returning for the tournament are unclear, but on the bright side, Adam Zielonka of Field Level Media did report about a week ago that Austin was seen without crutches or much of a limp.
Arizona Wildcats Notes
Azuolas Tubelis had 19 points (5-17 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 9-11 FT) and 14 rebounds in 33 minutes during Saturday’s 61-59 victory over UCLA. Tubelis helped the Wildcats secure the Pac-12 Tournament Title, finishing with 19 points and 14 rebounds during Saturday’s win over UCLA. The 6-foot-11 junior has appeared in all 34 games this season, averaging 19.8 points, 9.3 rebounds, two assists and 1.1 steals on 29.7 minutes per game. Tubelis and the Wildcats will look to make a deep run in the NCAA Tournament.
