VCU hot vs. spread over last 10 games

According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Rams are 9.5-point home favorites tonight versus the Spiders. Richmond enters play with a 14-11 record and is 9-12 against the spread, while VCU is 19-7 overall and a profitable 15-6 at the betting window.
The Rams have covered the spread in seven of their last 10 games and are 13-3 against the spread in their last 16 games versus conference opponents. They’re also 12-3 ATS off an ATS win and have covered in 10 of their last 13 home games as well.
As for the Spiders, they’ve had their issues covering at VCU. They’re just 2-8 against the spread in their last 10 road games versus the rams while the home team in this series is 13-5-1 against the number in the last 19 meetings.
