Antwone Woolfolk ended Friday’s 90-57 victory over Coppin State with 10 points (4-5 FG, 2-3 FT), five rebounds, one assist and one block in 16 minutes. Woolfolk scored in double-figures for the first time this season during the win. He’s begun the season with 10.8 minutes per game and 3.9 points per game, giving him plenty of room for improvement in 2023.

Zach Edey amassed 14 points (4-5 FG, 6-7 FT), 10 rebounds, two blocks and one steal in 22 minutes during Thursday’s 82-49 win over Florida A&M. Edey missed Purdue’s last game due to illness, but it was business as usual Thursday for the 7-4 center and the No. 1-ranked Boilermakers. Edey put up his fifth consecutive double-double and needed only five field-goal attempts and 22 minutes on the court to do so. It was a great tune-up game prior to Big 10 play, as Purdue is next set to host Rutgers on Monday before heading to Ohio State the following Thursday.
