Georgia is the eighth seed in the SEC Tournament after going 18-13 on the season and 9-9 in the SEC. The Bulldogs are coming off an 85-67 loss at Arkansas to end the regular season and they have failed to cover in their last three games. UGA is 14-13 against the spread on the season. Georgia is averaging 72 points per game on offense this season while allowing 70.5 on defense. The team is led by J.J. Frazier and Yante Maten, who each average 18.7 points per game. Maten is battling a knee injury, but is listed as probable to play today.

Tennessee is the ninth seed today after going 16-15 overall and 8-10 in the SEC. The Volunteers are coming off a 59-54 win over Alabama to end the regular season. Tennessee is just 14-14 against the spread on the season and it averages 74.4 points per game on offense while allowing 73.2 on defense. Robert Hubbs III is leading Tennessee with 13.9 points and 4.6 rebounds per game. Grant Williams is adding 12.8 points and 6 rebounds per game.

Bet on the SEC Tournament

Georgia already owns a win over Tennessee, but there is a lot not to like about the Bulldogs today. First, the game is being played in Nashville, which provides a nice boost for the Vols. Also, Georgia has struggled as a favorite, going just 4-10 against the spread this season when favored. The Bulldogs have failed to cover in their last three as a favorite and that was against three teams that were seeded worse than Tennessee in this tournament.
